File For Child Support
Supporting Families and Ensuring Financial Security
The Clay County Attorney’s Office, in partnership with the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, is dedicated to helping custodial parents obtain the financial and medical support they need for their children. We work diligently to locate non-custodial parents and ensure they fulfill their obligations.
Our Child Support Division aims to support the well-being of Clay County’s children by assisting in the following areas:
- Locating non-custodial parents
- Establishing paternity
- Establishing financial and medical support
- Enforcing and collecting support payments
- Reviewing and modifying support orders
These efforts are made possible through collaboration with federal, state, and local agencies, as well as employers. If you need assistance with filing for child support, please visit our office at 102 Walters Street, Manchester, KY, or call us at (606) 598-8415 to learn more about how we can help.
Your child deserves the support they need, and we’re here to help you every step of the way.
